William Thomas Kaufman, Sr.

Hyrum ? William T Kaufman was born June 19, 1943 in Mansfield, Ohio to Joseph and Florence Kaufman. He left us September 20, 2003 in his home surrounded by his wife and children. He enjoyed being a member of the American Mountain Men Association, riding his horse, taking afternoon rides on his Harley, being with his family and being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He is survived by his wife, Chris; eight children and two step-children: Bill Kaufman, Jr., Montana; Mike Kaufman, Orem; Malena Kaufman, Orem; Adreinne Ryan, Montana; James Thomas, Sara, and Bob, Hyrum. Step-children: Richard Blaylock and Tina Gutierrez, Blackfoot, Idaho; twelve granchildren and three step-grandchildren. He is also survived by his mother, Florence Kaufman, Ohio; three brothers: Joe, Paul and Don, Ohio; two sisters: Pat, South Carolina and Sue, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Kaufman and a sister, Pauline. We love and miss you. You were my friend and my soul mate. We will never forget you. You touched so many lives. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon on Thursday, September 25, 2003 at the Hyrum 10th Ward Chapel, 111 North 400 West. Friends and family may call on Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Nelson Funeral Home, 162 East 400 North, Logan and on Thursday morning at the church from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. prior to services.
