Wendell ''Lonny'' Pitcher

July 19, 1944 — December 16, 2001

Wendell ?Lonny? Pitcher, 57, passed away Sunday, December 16, 2001 in Brenda, Arizona. He was born July 19, 1944 in Cornish, Utah to Eldon Brown and Mary Fife Pitcher. He married Susan Wilson in January of 1966. They were later divorced. From this union came two children: Doug and Wendy. Lonny loved hunting pheasants, fly fishing, gold prospecting, touring in the motor home and spending time with his family. He was a long-standing member of IUOE, Local 3, where he made many friends during his years of construction work. He is survived by his wife Shirley, her son and daughter, Trevor Karly Seely, Trena Jason Welch, grandson Nolan, his son and daughter: Doug Traci and Wendy Bryan, and grandchildren: Brandi, TJ, and Riley. He is also survived by three sisters: Minnie Don Harger, Phoenix, Arizona, Carol Larry Gregory, Tremonton; and Pauline Herzog, Logan; many cousins, aunts and uncles, who all loved him and will miss him very much. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Jerry. A small family service will be held on Saturday, Decemberr 22, 2001 at Nelson Funeral Home, 162 East 400 North, Logan at 12:30 p.m. with a viewing one hour prior to service. Interment will be in the Smithfield City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to the charity of your choice. We love you, Dad!
