WAYDE LAMONT WOOD Clinton/Tremonton ? Wayde Lamont Wood, 42, of Clinton, passed away unexpectedly Thursday, March 30, 2006 at his home in Clinton. He was born on May 20, 1963 in Ogden, to Lamont Thomas and Sharon Kay Hulse Wood. He married Maxine Ray, and together they had three children, and later divorced. He married his soul-mate Sherri Dean Tomney on March 4, 2000. Together their happiness and love flourished and continues on. Wayde was a man who always had time for people, children, elderly, animals, and for anyone who needed help. He believed that when they need you, you make time for them. Wayde was absolutely nonjudgmental and was never known to speak ill of others, or to take offense. He was a skilled craftsman and a talented artist. His art work and handcrafted gifts will live on forever and be treasured in the hearts and lives of all who received them. Wayde was extremely gifted with technology and computers. He had an extraordinary wit and a cheerful, pleasant nature, and was a joy to be around. He leaves a heartbroken family who will miss him greatly. Wayde leaves behind a daughter, Echo Adams and son Tye Anna Wood; step-daughters Kara and Devin Tomney, and two grandchildren; his grandmother Elizabeth Wood of Garland, his father Lamont Christine Wood of Tremonton, brothers ? Christopher Laura Wood, Shane Wood, Lamont Levi Jenifer Wood all of Salt Lake area, and a sister Wendy Ellis of River Falls, Wisconsin; numerous nieces and nephews; two step-sisters, and a step-brother. He was preceded in death by a son Aaron, Grandfather Legrand Wood, grandparents Oscar and Dorothy Hulse. His mother Sharon Kay Hulse Wood Hardy, and niece Andie Jo Ellis. Funeral services will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 4, 2006 at Rogers & Taylor Funeral Home, 111 North 100 East in Tremonton. A viewing will be held prior to services from 5:00 ? 6:45 p.m. at the Funeral Home. To honor Wayde's wishes cremation will follow, with interment on Friday at 1:00 p.m. at the Garland Cemetery.
