Visitacion was born on July 2, 1937 to Carmen Olaya Estrada & Timoteo Polanco Ramirez. He was the oldest of eight children. At age 16 -after the death of his father- he was seen as a father by his siblings. Married to Rutilia G. Calderon, he was a father of five children, a loving grandfather of nine, and great-grandfather of three. He worked in Weslo, present-day Icon, as the maintenance man. He respected, appreciated and thanked several people here in Logan for all their support, especially Jon White for realizing his dreams. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, September 4th, 2012 at 11:00 am at Nelson Funeral Home, 162 East 400 North, Logan. Friends may come Monday evening from 6-8 pm and Tuesday from 9-10:45 for the viewing. Interment will be in the Logan City Cemetery
