Salt Lake City, Utah – Violet Misrasi Smith, 85, passed away Thursday, February 28, 2008. She was born June 4, 1922 in Bear River City to John K. and Anthina Opary Misrasi. She married J. R. Smith October 19, 1944 in Brigham City, Utah.
Surviving are her children: Debora Lee and David MaElena Smith; four grandchildren and three sisters: Dorothy Mansour, Frony Butler and Elizabeth "Lee" Sederholm. Preceding her in death are her husband, parents and brothers: William and Thomas Misrasi.
Services will be held Monday, March 3, 2008 2:00 p.m. at Rogers and Taylor Funeral Home, 111 North 100 East, Tremonton A viewing will be held Sunday, March 2, 2008 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. and Monday 30 minutes prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment at Bear River City Cemetery.
