Ursel Knudsen

Ursel Knudsen 89, Passed away at Pioneer Care Center in Brigham City on March 25, 2005. Ursel lived all his life in Deweyville, he attended school at Deweyville Elementary for 8 years. Ursel married Loa Bernice Loveland on May 18, 1938. He loved the outdoors and was an avid hunter and fisherman. Baseball was a love of Ursel's life. He played on many teams in Northern Utah and excelled in the sport. Ursel was a farmer in his younger years, and later worked for Box Elder County on the road department. Ursel is survived by his children: Ursel Neil Knudsen Jean, Clinton, Utah, Joseph D. Knudsen Karen, Deweyville, Utah, Terry E. Knudsen Shirley, Tremonton, Utah, Colyn L. Knudsen Pam Deweyville, Utah. He had 12 grandchildren, 17 Great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, 4 brothers, 3 sisters, and 1 grandchild.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday March 29, 2005 at Rogers and Taylor Funeral Home, located at 111 N. 100 E. in Tremonton. A viewing will be held Monday evening from 6-8 at Rogers and Taylor Funeral Home and Tuesday morning 9:30-10:30 prior to the services.
