Suzanne "Sue" Kemp

Suzanne “Sue” Kemp, of Logan, Utah died on August 6, 2023 from complications from a short heart illness and related medical problems. She passed away peacefully with family by her side. Sue was 71 years old. The family is deeply saddened and shocked by her sudden passing. Sue was born on November 21, 1951 in Ogden, Utah and lived in Logan, Utah for most of her adult life.
Sue was employed as a dental assistant in Logan and worked in that industry for many years. She made a lot of friends and many of her patients loved her tender care and touch. She loved her employers and working with those she called her friends.
Sue was raised in a military family - her father Paul E. Nicolaides served in both the United States Navy and United States Air Force. As such, she lived in various places around the world including Germany, Minnesota, New Mexico, and Utah.
Sue was known for her love of travel. She and her husband Steve owned several vacation time shares and would regularly travel each year. They enjoyed living life and traveling the world. They loved riding on Steve’s Honda Goldwing and would take many trips around the country. They loved the outdoors and nature and would see and experience as much as they could.
Sue is preceded in death by her parents Paul E. Nicolaides, Ellen Jean Nicolaides, her nephew Kevin Nicolaides. She is survived by her husband Steve Kemp and other family members.
Services will be held at Nelson Funeral Home in Logan, Utah (162 E 400 N) on August 26, 2023. Viewing and celebration of life will be held from 10:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. All are welcome to come share their love and celebrate her life. Interment will be at the Leavitt’s Mortuary and Aultorest Memorial Park in Ogden, Utah.
