Sidnie Lee Jessop, 52, passed away in Smithfield Utah on March 20, 2014 with her soulmate, Ron Hancock, by her side. She was born June 2, 1961, to Jay and Carol Jessop in Logan, UT. Sidnie was a free-spirit and left Logan at an early age to find her way in the world. She had three children. At a very early age she enjoyed being the teacher of her younger brother and sister. She traveled the country living in Michigan, New Mexico, Arizona, Salt Lake and finally coming home to settle in Cache Valley. While in New Mexico, she learned to scuba dive and became NAUI/PADI certified and loved the excitement of underwater exploration. During this time, she started her own underwater photography business. In New Mexico, she managed a doctor's office and did medical transcription which was fulfilling. Recently she started watching NFL football and really enjoyed learning the game and following her favorite teams, Minnesota Vikings and Green Bay Packers, even though she continually had to text family members to find out what the penalty meant.
She is survived by her loving soulmate Ron and three children, Danielle Olsen, Tyler Knowles and Dustin Knowles Callista. Grandchildren: Taylor, Jade, Rylee, Davin, Phallyn, Welker. Parents: Carol Jessop Lewis Hal, Jay Jessop. Siblings: Alan Jessop JoAnn, Lori Jessop, Chad Jessop.
Her family really appreciates the loving attention and services provided by her soulmate, Ron, Tammy and Trisha from Hospice of Utah, Bishop Darrell Spendlove, Relief Society coordinators Judy Merkley and Mindy Richardson of the Smithfield 22nd Ward and all others not mentioned.
