Shaylee Danielle Hoad

Tremonton - Our perfect little angel, Shaylee Danielle Hoad, 3 months, passed away on October 24, 2003. She is the daughter of Darin Timme Hoad and Shannon Vera Loutsenhizer. Surviving are her parents, two brothers, Justin Lee and David Lewis Loutsenhizer, one sister, Shandria Elizabeth Hoad, grandparents, Cindy Claire Hoad and Sharon Sue Loutsenhizer, one aunt, Christina Matilda Loutsenhizer and one cousin, Aytymn Hope Loutsenhizer all of Tremonton, one uncle, Denver Ira Candis Jane Loutsenhizer of Nebraska, great grandparents, Bill and Diane Linko, Palm Springs, CA. Funeral services will be held Friday, November 7, 2003 at 5:00 p.m. at the Santa Anna Catholic Church located at 760 West 600 North, Tremonton. Friends and family may visit from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, November 6, 2003 at Rogers and Taylor Funeral Home located at 111 North 100 East, Tremonton.
