Shauna Ann Jensen Edwards

Shauna Ann Jensen Edwards of Tremonton passed away at the home of her mother in Sigurd, UT on Tuesday, January 3, 2006. She was born November 3, 1939 in Sigurd, UT to Emma Payne and Elvin Dick Jensen. She graduated from Richfield High School, Snow College and Utah State University. She taught kindergarten and first grade at Fielding Elementary for many years. She married James Stanley Edwards on September 11, 1959 in the Manti LDS Temple. He died in 2000. She served the LDS Church in many capacities. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
She is survived by her mother of Sigurd, one son: Michael James Polly Edwards, Vancouver, WA; three daughters: Dianne Edwards, Salt Lake City, Suzanne Clint Horsley, Kaysville and Karen Kurtis Heser, Midvale and six grandchildren: Troy and Jamie Barnett, Riley and Erin Horsley, and Kasey and Kimberlee Heser.
She was preceded in death by her husband, her father, one brother, Sharon Elvin Jensen, one sister, Karen Kaye Jensen and one grandson, Brad J. Barnett.
Funeral services will be Saturday, January 7, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. at the Tremonton First Ward Chapel, 166 North Tremont Street, Tremonton. Friends and family may call from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday at Rogers and Taylor Funeral Home, 111 North 100 East, Tremonton and one hour prior to the services Saturday at the funeral home.
Interment at the Manti Cemetery at 4:00 p.m.
