Thatcher - Samuel Brent Snow, 54, of Thatcher, died Sunday, October 17, 2004 at the Bear River Valley Hospital in Tremonton. He was born on October 20, 1949 in Brigham City, the son of Samuel Earl Snow and Ruth Diane Rockwood. He married Toni Marchi on December 16, 1972 and they later divorced. He married Jolene Steed and they later divorced. Sam graduated from Bear River High School in 1969. Sam lived in Utah, Colorado, and Arizona. Shortly after High School he joined the U.S. Army and was stationed in Germany. When Sam returned to Utah he worked for Thiokol, and currently for Rupps. Sam loved to work with cars and could fix anything. Sam was a very kind man with a big heart. He is survived by his fiancée - Sheri Staska, of Thatcher; his mother - Ruth Snow of Portage; one son - Sammy Snow of Tremonton; one daughter - Destinee Snow of Boise, ID; two sisters - Susan Grant Bell, of Portage, Debbie Clint Cooper of Newton; one brother - Bill Julie Snow of Tremonton; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father -Samuel Earl Snow. Funeral Service will be at 11:00 A.M. Friday, October 22, 2004 at the Portage LDS Church, 8910 West25800 North. Friends may call on Thursday, October 21, from 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. at Rogers & Taylor Funeral Home, 111 North 100 East, and Friday from 9:30 - 10:30 A.M. at the church. Interment will be in the Portage Cemetery.
