Ruth Oyler Jensen

Collinston ? Ruth Oyler Jensen, 99, was reunited with her heavenly family, Sunday, April 22, 2007.
She was born September 27, 1907 in East Garland to John Orrin Oyler and Victoria Louise Larson. She married Mark Peter Jensen September 27, 1928 in the Logan LDS Temple. They were happily married for 62 years. They had one daughter, MarJean Anderson and one son, Mark Hyrum Jensen.
She was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother, always concerned about her family?s happiness. She loved raising beautiful begonias, quilting, crocheting, and was an excellent cook. Christmas was always special with her hand dipped chocolates. She loved life and had a great sense of humor. She loved her friends and neighbors.
She was a member of the Beaver Dam LDS Ward, and served in various stake and ward organizations.
Surviving are, daughter-in-law, Gail Lowell Archibald, son-in-law, Ralph Faye Anderson, six grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, and sister-in-law, Frieda Oyler.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, children, three brothers and three sisters.
Funeral services will be held Friday, April 27, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at the Beaver Ward LDS Church, 16025 North Beaver Dam Road, Beaver Dam, Utah. Friends may call Thursday, April 26, 2007 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Rogers and Taylor Funeral Home, 111 North 100 East, Tremonton and from 9:30-10:30 a.m. on Friday at the church prior to services. Interment will be in the Deweyville Cemetery.
The family would like to extend their thanks and deep appreciation to Alliance and IHC Hospice, Dr. Edward Redd, Dr. Chad Merrill, Autumn Living and Terrace Grove for the exceptional care they provided.
