Services will be on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the Smithfield 17th Ward Chapel, 345 East 300 South, Smithfield, with a viewing prior from 9-10:30 a.m. Graveside will follow the funeral at the East Lawn Memorial Hills, Provo, Utah at approximately 3:00 PM
