Romaine Elsie Dial Jensen Bear River City: Our beloved wife, mother and grandmother Romaine Elsie Dial Jensen, 78, returned home to our loving Heavenly Father surrounded by her family on January 18, 2003, at the Pioneer Care Center. She was born December 31, 1924, in Willard, Utah, the daughter of Joseph S. and Elizabeth Jane Dial. She married Stanley Duane Jensen on October 5, 1945, in Brigham City. Their marriage was solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple on October 5, 1951. She was reared and educated in Willard and after her marriage made her home in Bear River City. She worked as a legal secretary. She loved working in her garden, was very creative in all she did, and was an excellent cook, especially known for her pies. She was a member of the Bear River 2nd Ward of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints where she had served as a visiting teacher, homemaking leader, librarian, Young Women?s President and many other callings. She is survived by her husband, Stan of Bear River City; children, Sandra Blank, Salt Lake City; Robert Denice, Jeff Diane, Todd Michelle, all of Elwood; 13 grandchildren; two great grandchildren; sisters, Ruth Jimmy-deceased Vreeken, Salt Lake City; Nellie Leonard Hill, Roy. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Russell and Glen; a sister Muriel Collier. Mom you will be in our hearts always. Till we meet again. The family would like to express a special thanks to the staff at Pioneer Care Center for their loving care. Funeral services will be held Friday, January 24, 2003, 11:00 a.m. at the Bear River LDS Ward Chapel, 5870 North 4700 West, with Bishop Hal Probst officiating. Friends may call Thursday, January 23rd from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Rogers and Taylor Funeral Home, 111 North 100 East, Tremonton and Friday, January 24th from 9:30 to 10:40 a.m. at the church.
