Reuben Dean Rasmussen

Reuben D. Rasmussen, 86, passed away at his home in Newton on April 9, 2004. He was born in Clarkston on October 6, 1927 to Philip H. & Bessie C. Barson Rasmussen. Reuben Married Katheryn V. Tubbs on July 7, 1939 in Brigham City. She passed away August 11, 2002.
They spent their lives farming in Cache Junction, Clarkston, and Petersboro. He served on the Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation service board and the old folks committee of Newton. He is survived by a daughter: Carol R. Milligan, Newton; a son, R. Val Aldene Rasmussen, Cache Junction; a sister, Leola R. Fred Kirby, Kaysville; 15 grandchildren, 35 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, three brothers: Sylvan, Max, and Victor Rasmussen, a grandson Alden and son-in-law Larry Milligan .
