Reed S. Hunsaker

Honeyville, UT ? Reed S. Hunsaker, 91, peacefully passed away Tuesday, November 20, 2007 at Brigham Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, after one short day. He was born in Garland, UT September 14, 1916, the youngest of Elijah and Betty Beulah Sasser Hunsaker?s children. He married Blythe Stone June 2, 1939, in the Logan LDS Temple. She preceded him in death November 1998. Also preceding him in death is his son, Reed Hunsaker, Jr.
He was a member of the Honeyville LDS 1st Ward.
He has lived in Honeyville and farmed all of his life. He especially enjoyed riding, breaking horses and playing baseball as a young man. He and his wife have always enjoyed dancing, going out to eat, and various family activities.
He is survived by his children: Linda Don Johnston, Clark Peggy Hunsaker, and Craig Donna Hunsaker; seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by all of his brothers and sisters: Orville, Raymond, Zola, and Lola.
A funeral service will be held Monday, November 26, 2007 11:00 a.m. at the Honeyville LDS Church, 2620 West 6980 North, Honeyville. Family and friends may call from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Sunday, November 25, 2007 at the Honeyville LDS Church and Monday from 9:30?10:45 a.m. Interment at Honeyville Cemetery.
The family would like to extend a special thanks to Hilda Glasgow, Angie Cannon, IHC Hospice, Lee Davis, the young men of the Honeyville 1st Ward and others too numerous to mention.
