August 22, 1950 — May 19, 2008

Elwood—Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, returned to her Heavenly Father on May 19, 2008. Becki was born August 22, 1950 to Barbara Pakka of Hyrum, Utah. She was raised by her loving parents Allen C. and Doris Christensen of Elwood. After graduating from Bear River High, she married Ross D. Barnes on December 27, 1969 in the Old Elwood Church. She attended Weber State College and received her license in Cosmetology. She worked at Tremonton Pharmacy for 25 years.
Becki loved her children and grandchildren more than life! She would do anything for them. She loved making memories and spending time with them. Together they worked on scrapbooks, cheered at many ballgames, attended dance and piano recitals and loved to go shopping. Their most favorite activity was Friday morning Muffin Egg Day.
She is survived by her husband, Ross D. Barnes; daughters Melissa Richard Hess, Emily Chris Glass, and Jennifer Dennis Bollschweiler, all of Tremonton; grandchildren, Tiffany, Kyle, Karlee, and Kellen Hess and Krystal and Justice Glass; parents Allen C. and Doris Christensen, Barbara Pakka, and Fred and Marilyn Broersma; brothers, Brent, George, Geoffrey, and David Nielsen; sisters Kathy Jim O'Brien and Barbara Ann Tony Kindel; other survivors Tim Christensen, Susan Neal Johnson, Scott and Ross Pakka, and Connie Alan Winters; several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her beloved grandparents, Glade B. and Katie Nielsen.
