RaNee Lundahl Taggart

February 12, 1931 — March 14, 2008

Our beloved wife, mother, sister, friend and confidant, RaNee Lundahl Taggart , comfortably passed away in the early hours of March 14, 2008 after a short illness with her loving husband and family by her side, to the open arms of her loving parents and Savior in which she has unwavering faith.
RaNee was born to Henry W. and Ebba Lundahl February 12, 1931 in Logan, Utah. The youngest of 8 children, 1 boy and 7 girls, the first 2, a son and daughter having died at birth. RaNee was raised in Logan, Utah and educated in the Logan school system from elementary to Utah State University. Being involved in Sponsors at Logan High School as well as dance royalty and being a Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity sweetheart at USU, made her educational life more than just books and home work. RaNee married Keith Dee Taggart October 24 1953 and was later sealed in the Logan Temple. In 1964 the family moved to Smithfield, Utah where many dear friendships were to be cherished. During her working life she crossed paths of many people that will never forget her. For 25 years she was employed with Mountain Bell, from being an operator, doing the connecting with all the wires into the wall, to training new people in the system to being a top salesperson in the Mountain Bell network. Many years doing temple work in the kitchen as well as clothing rental, loving the interaction with people there. Blending into being a coordinator at Weightwatchers where her personality and compassion changed many people's lives. The cards and notes of thanks she received during her years while there, always warmed her heart to have helped. During all this time she has made many beautiful Afghans. She picked specific colors and patterns for the recipients and loved giving them away. Seems everybody has one, many more than one.
