Opal VaLoa Stuart Leishman

Opal VaLoa Stuart Leishman, age 87, graduated from mortality on September 20, 2013 in Logan, Utah, after a long life of service to family and friends. Loa was born July 25, 1926, in Clarkston, Utah, to Wallace and Ella Hess Stuart. She and her eternal sweetheart, Theron R. Leishman, celebrated 67 years of marriage on April 18th. Loa loved flowers, fishing, and her grandchildren. She was a woman of compassion, kindness, and integrity. Loa is survived by her husband, Theron, three sons, Jeff Betty, Steve Cathy, Bart Christy; 11 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and one brother, Warner Maxine Stuart.
A viewing will be held at Nelson Funeral Home, 162 E. 400 N., Logan, from 10-11:30 am Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2013 followed by a graveside service at the Logan City Cemetery.
