Nancy Elaine Nilson

Nancy Elaine Nilson was born September 16, 1937, in Gooding Idaho – Died December 25, 2017. Nancy passed away at her home in Smithfield, UT, surrounded by family of natural causes.
Nancy married Frank Miles Nilson January 15, 1955 in Logan, UT and they had six children together. She was a loving and caring wife, mother and grandmother. She was dedicated to her husband and followed him around the country and to Germany while he served in the military for 26 years. Mom enjoyed gardening, painting and sewing, she could do anything. She was a wonderful mother and best friend to her children. Our mother was a very special person and we will miss her very much.
Nancy is survived by her husband Frank Nilson, her daughters Barbara Nilson, Susan Wheeler, Patricia Pitkin and Sherry Marriott, her son Miles Randall Nilson and brothers Dale Webb and Wayne Webb. Nancy has 16 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her son Curtis Nilson and her mother Ruby Webb, father Carroll Webb and brother William (Bill) Webb.
Graveside services will be held December 30, 2017 at 1:00 pm at the Smithfield City Cemetery, 300 East Center Street, Smithfield, UT. Condolences and memories may be shared with the family online at www.nelsonfuneralhome.com
