NaDean Jardine Hess

Logan ? NaDean Jardine Hess, 77, our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, aunt and friend passed away Sunday April 11, 2004.
She was born February 24, 1927 in Clarkston, Utah, the youngest child of James H. and Margaret Buttars Jardine. She graduated from North Cache High School. She married DeVerl Hess on January 6, 1943 in the Logan LDS Temple. He preceded her in death in November 1994. During World War II, she worked at Bushnell Hospital in Brigham City.
NaDean was an avid golfer; she never missed the chance to spend a day on the greens at Logan Golf and Country Club where she was a member for over 30 years. She treasured the memories and life long friendships she made there.
Grandma was our #1 fan, supporting her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren at all our sporting events. Our success was her greatest joy.
She is survived by her three children: Gailen J. Hess Nancy of Salt Lake City, UT; Marsha Geisler Larry of Honeyville, UT; Keven J. Hess Patricia of Mesquite, NV. One brother, Ira Jardine of Clarkston, UT and one sister EvaLou Bowen of Hyrum, UT. Eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, and two sisters, Margaret Godfrey and Venice Pedersen.
The family would like to thank the Hospice nurses and the nurses at Logan Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for the loving care of our mother.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 15, 2004 at 1:00 p.m. at Nelson Funeral Home, 162 East 400 North, Logan. Friends may call Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. and Thursday from 12:00 to 12:45 p.m. Interment will be in the Logan City Cemetery.
