Mindy Tolman Gailliot

Mindy Tolman Gailliot, 38, passed away on Thursday, October 7, 2004, in Palm Coast, Florida after a courageous battle with Melanoma Cancer. She was born on January 21, 1966, to D. Frank and Marquretta Whitaker Tolman. Mindy's energetic love of life touched the hearts of everyone she met. She was raised in Honeyville, Utah. Mindy will be sadly missed. The love she gave so unselfishly to everyone will always be remembered by her husband, Tom; children, Kailey and Braiden; step sons, Tom and Matt; parents, D. Frank and Marquretta Tolman; brothers, Brent Robin and Michael Anna; sister, Cleo Tim Barrus; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 11, 2004, at 11:00 a.m. at the Honeyville 2nd Ward LDS Church located 2620 West 6980 North, Honeyville. Friends and family may call from 6-8 p.m. on Sunday, October 10, 2004, at Rogers and Taylor Funeral Home located 111 North 100 East, Tremonton and also from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the church prior to the funeral.
Interment will be at Hyrum Cemetery.
