Tremonton--Millie E. Record Price, 97, of Tremonton, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 13, 2004, at the Bear River Care Center, surrounded by her loving family. Millie was born August 28, 1907, in Deweyville to Julius Benajah and Leaner Quimby Record--she was a fraternal twin. On September 4, 1925 she married her sweetheart Franklin Arnel Price in Brigham City--their marriage was solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple in 1951. Millie grew up in Deweyville and helped raise her younger brothers and sisters as her mother died when she was just nine years old. In her later years, Millie also helped to raise a few of her grandchildren. She and Arn made their home in Tremonton and loved to camp, hunt, and fish, and spend time with their family and extended family in Yellowstone. She was an accomplished seamstress and loved to quilt, and taught all of her family to crochet whether they wanted to learn or not. She also loved to cook for everyone. Throughout her life she served as a Den Mother, a Primary Teacher, and a Relief Society Teacher. Millie loved her family above all else. Millie is survived by her children, Viola Rae Price, Ogden, Faye Price, Washington, Ben Irene Price, Buhl, ID, James Teresa Price, Salt Lake City, Nola Hale, Tremonton, Sandy Rawlin Andersen, Bear River City, Gary Price, Lewiston, ID, 20 grandchildren and 53 great grandchildren, and many great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Arn, a daughter, Josephine, 12 brothers and sisters including her twin brother Willie T. Record she was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 16, 2004, at the Tremonton Riverview Cemetery.
