Michael D Thiele, 60, passed away at his home on December 6, 2004. He was born to Don A. Thiele and Katherine D. Bush on February 22, 1944, in San Francisco, Ca., an only child. He spent his childhood in Arizona because of severe allergies, and moved in his teen years to Mountain View, Ca. He joined the Army and served in Germany during the Viet Nam War and was honorably discharged. Mike married Marilyn and they were blessed with two daughters, Kristine Stockton, Ca. and Susanne San Jose, Ca.. They were later divorced. In 1975 Mike married Shauna Yeaman in San Jose, Ca. They were blessed with two sons: Michael D. David & Helena, Hyrum, Ut. and Mark A. Cheri, Tallahassee, Fl. They were divorced in 1981. Mike worked in many different occupations during his life, including veterinary technician, construction, computer ceramic manufacturing and delivery driver. Due to poor health, he was unable to work during the last few years of his life. When his boys were young and his health was good, they enjoyed fishing and camping together. His life revolved around his children and three grandsons: Kaden, Zachary and Ashton, which he was very proud of. He had a big heart and enjoyed giving even when there was little to give. He was preceded in death by his parents and is survived by four children and three grandsons. Mike requested that there be no viewing or funeral. Graveside services and burial will be held in the Hyrum City Cemetery on Wednesday, December 15, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. Condolences may be extended to the family online at www.nelsonfuneralhome.com .
