Mary Ann Hansen Abbott

Mary Ann Hansen Abbott went home to the Lord on August 3, 2005. She was born June 5, 1943 to Dwight Emil and Mabel H. Hansen of Fielding, Utah. After years of many health issues she fought hard to overcome, Mary Ann is now free from her physical restraints. Mary Ann was a gifted musician, mastering the piano, as well as the violin. She also loved to sew and crochet. Mary Ann married Raulin Anderson deceased and had four daughters: Melanie, Heather, Rashelle, Angela and Lisa from her second marriage. She has 12 grandchildren who became the ?sparkle? in her eyes, bragging about them to anyone who would listen. She married Melvin LeRoy Abbott on February 13, 1999; she had finally found her true love. Her life had come full circle and her happiness was genuine. Mary Ann and Melvin were members of the LDS Church and enjoyed going to the Logan Temple often. Services will be held at Nelson Funeral Home, 162 East 400 North, Logan, Utah on Monday, August 8, 2005 at 3:00 p.m. Friends and family may call at 2:00 p.m. prior to services.
