Martha Maie Larson

September 16, 1928 — February 10, 2004

Tremonton - Martha Maie Adams Larson, 75, passed away peacefully at her home on February 10, 2004. She was born on September 16, 1928 to Alexander and Martha Jane Cameron Adams in Delta, Utah. She married Gordon P. Larson on August 20, 1955 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple.
She has lived in Delta and Salt Lake City and after her marriage, she moved to Tremonton. She attended the LDS Hospital School of Nursing. She was a member of the LDS church. She served as softball coach for the young women, Relief Society visiting teacher and she was a teacher in Relief Society.
Martha is survived by her husband, and four children, Taunya Larson of Salt Lake City, Todd Elise Larson, Boise, Idaho, Morrie Cheryl Larson of Tremonton and Mary Jo Steve Jensen of Brigham City, one brother, John Adams, Salt Lake City, one sister Gevene Steed, Salt Lake City and nine grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, Cameron, Frank and Clarence, and two sisters Mary Hill and Georganna Huff.
Funeral services will be held Friday, February 13, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. at the Tremonton 6th Ward LDS Church. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, February 12, 2004 at Rogers and Taylor Funeral Home located at 111 North 100 East, Tremonton and Friday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the church.
Interment will be at the East Garland Cemetery.
