Margaret A. Anderson, a resident of Hillsboro, died on September 7, 2017. She was 85 years of age.
Margaret was born on April 28, 1932 in Logan, Utah and was the daughter of Herman and Alicia (Hansen) Closner. She attended school in Logan and on December 25, 1947 she married Harley Anderson in Logan, Utah.
She worked for Sierra Lingerie, for 30 years, as a manufacturing supervisor. She retired in 1987 and moved to Oregon to be closer to all her children.
Margaret enjoyed her family, volunteer work, water aerobics and her various church assignments and duties. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
She will be lovingly remembered by her children Alice (Larry) Tomb, Annette (Richard) Davis, Steve (Tanya) Anderson, Craig (Doug) Anderson, 6 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
A viewing will be held on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at 9:30 am followed by a funeral service at 11:00 am at Donelson Funeral Chapel. Services will also be held at Nelson’s Funeral Home in Logan, Utah. Burial will take place at Providence Cemetery in Logan, Utah.
