Marcia "Marci" Redd Roderer

Marcia Redd Roderer, 59, of Wellsville, Utah, passed away on August 19, 2023 after a tremendous battle with cancer. Marci was born on September 24, 1963 to Herbert Joy Redd and Carolynn Peel Redd in Salt Lake City, Utah.
In 1985 while serving a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Marci began an international penpal correspondence with René Marcel Roderer. After the completion of their missions, Marci and René married in 1987 and went on to have four children, Jessica, Gabriella, Patrik, and Keziah. Marci was an ingenious homemaker and exalted in her role as teacher, nurturer, comforter, creator, and mother. Additionally, she ran multiple businesses alongside her husband, René. Marci was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her siblings, her husband René, and her children Jessica (Jared and grandson Michael), Gabriella, Patrik (Laurana), and Keziah (Nathan).
The funeral service will be held at the Wellsville Utah Stake Center (30 S Center St. Wellsville, UT. 84339.) on August 26, 2023 at 11:00 AM, with the viewing to be held from 9-10:30 am. Interment will follow in the Wellsville Cemetery.
