After a valiant and courageous battle, our beloved son, brother, father and uncle, Lynn Stephan Misrasi, passed away Monday, December 5, 2005 due to complications resulting from cancer. Lynn was born September 3, 1958 in Tremonton to Stephan and Linda Misrasi. He was raised in Garland and graduated from Bear River High, Class of 1977. He had been married twice and has three children: Nicholas Tamesa, Krista and Cjani Misrasi and a grandson Collin Misrasi.
Lynn held many construction jobs. He worked for a company in SLC, Rupp's Construction, Allred Construction, he enjoyed helping Doug Wyatt in construction and Autoliv. He was a perfectionist in everything he did. Lynn enjoyed hunting, fishing, yard work, miscellaneous projects and teasing his siblings, nephews and nieces. Most of all he enjoyed running a backhoe. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: Kenneth and Fern Anderson, Nick and Anthina Misrasi. Surviving are his parents: Steph and Linda Misrasi, Garland; brothers and sisters: Rick Dee Misrasi, Phoenix, AZ; Sandy Kris Hanson Nampa, ID; Rachelle Dirk Allred, Bear River City; Raythe Barb Misrasi, Bear River City.
At Lynn's request, no viewing or funeral service will be held. He will be buried in the Bear River City Cemetery on Friday, December 9, 2005.
Lynn will be greatly missed by all those who knew him. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the McKay Dee Cancer Center - Ogden, Utah in his name.
