Louis Wesley Larson

February 9, 1913 — May 22, 2004

East Garland - Louis Wesley Larson, 91, passed away on Saturday, May 22, 2004 in his home where he lived his entire life.
He was born February 9, 1913, son of John Willard and Anna Winegar Larson.
He married Merle Derrick January 19, 1944, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. He was reared and educated in the Bear River Valley.
He will always be remembered for his generosity in sharing "Grandpa's Garden" with his family, friends and church groups.
He loved farming, horses, the out-of-doors and the mountains, listening to trains, and he had a special love for his family.
He is survived by his children Reed Ila Mae Woods, North Ogden, Dale Karen Larson, West Jordan, Ann Larson, Salt Lake City, Mark Jeannette Larson, Kim Shelly Larson, East Garland, and Lee Penny Larson, DuBois, Idaho, 26 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren. Also survived by a sister Clarissa Vic McCoy.
He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, four brothers: John, Paul, Conrad and Norman, and one sister Nellie.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday, May 27, 2004 at 11:00 a.m. in the Fielding LDS Stake Center located at 4375 West 15600 North, Fielding, Utah. Friends may call at Rogers and Taylor Funeral Home located at 111 North 100 East, Tremonton, Wednesday from 6-8 p.m. and at the church Thursday from 9:30-10:30 a.m.
Interment will be in the East Garland Cemetery.
