Lola Hunsaker Capener, 90, passed away at her home in Riverside, Utah on March 1, 2004. She was born August 23, 1913 in Honeyville, Utah, a daughter of Elijah and Betty Beulah Sasser Hunsaker. She spent her youth in Honeyville and all of her married life in Riverside, Utah. Lola married Howard L. Capener on June 17, 1936 in the Logan LDS Temple.
She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She served in the primary for over 35 years and held other church callings. She was a devoted wife and mother to six children. She is survived by her husband, Howard; her children, Gordon L. Capener, Riverside; LaPriel Cyril Welch, Brigham City; Eldon Jean Capener, Riverdale; Betty David Rich, Syracuse; Neil LuAnn Capener, and Lynn Sheila Capener of Riverside; 25 grandchildren and 48 great grandchildren. Also surviving is her beloved twin sister, Zola Hunsaker, Garland; one brother Reed S. Hunsaker, Honeyville; and sisters-in-law Vera Hunsaker, Salt Lake and Ruth Tolman, Honeyville.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers, Orvil E. and Raymond D. Hunsaker.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 5, 2004 at 12:00 noon at the Belmont Church located at 16925 North 5200 West, Riverside. Bishop Jay Capener officiating. Family and friends may call between 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, March 4, 2004 at Rogers and Taylor Funeral Home located at 111 North 100 East, Tremonton and Friday between 10:00-11:30 a.m. at the church.
Interment will be at the Riverside Cemetery.
