Tremonton - Lois Frances Rohde Lundberg Thompson, 85, of Tremonton, passed away on Friday, September 24, 2004 at the Country Lane Assisted Living Center in Brigham City. She was born on May 29, 1919 in Tremonton, the daughter of Henry Christian and Mayme Frances Fredrickson Rohde. She married Ferron Albert Lundberg on November 23, 1938 in Logan, Utah. Ferron passed away on June 27, 1978. She married E. Grant Thompson on June 21, 1985 in Logan, Utah. Grant passed away on February 10, 1998. Lois was reared and educated in Tremonton and attended Weber State College. She served many people in the Tremonton and Brigham City areas throughout her nursing career. She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and served in various church callings, including a temple ordinance worker. She is survived by four children - Ronald Susan Lundberg of Glendale, AZ, Julia Doug Grover and Dixie Monty Elgan all of Brigham City, and Jennie Lundberg of Salt Lake City; stepchildren - Kay Morris Huffman, Paul Debra Thompson, Glen Ronda Thompson, Deanne John McMahan, Janeen Marcus Fox, and Dale Joyce Thompson; two brothers - Keith Cynthia Rohde, and Ray Darlene Rohde; two sisters - Beverly Joe Smith, June Boyd Mason; seven grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, two husbands, and two brothers. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Tuesday, September 28, 2004 at the Tremonton Stake Center, 660 North 300 East. Friends may call on Monday, September 27, from 6:00 -8:00 P.M. at Rogers and Taylor Funeral Home, and Tuesday from 11:30 A.M. - 12:30 P.M. at the church. Interment will be in the Tremonton Riverview Cemetery.
