Smithfield Utah ? Levi Jon Pitcher 15, passed away on Tuesday, May 14, 2002 at his home in Smithfield. Levi was born in Logan, Utah on May 22, 1986 to Teresa Marie Pitcher. Levi was raised and educated in Smithfield in the Cache County School system. Family and friends will all miss Levi?s infectious smile, warm hugs and kisses. He loved spending time with his Mom, Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins. Levi was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and held the office of Teacher in the Aaronic Priesthood. Levi enjoyed the outdoors, camping, four wheeling, snowboarding, basketball, boating and the water. He could often be found around small children and the elderly talking and making them laugh. He wrote many poems, enjoyed cooking and learning anything new. Levi had a special way of letting others know that he loved them. Levi is survived by his Mother: Teresa Pitcher of Smithfield, Grandparents: Jon and Joyce DeMille Pitcher of Smithfield, Aunts and Uncles; Thomas and Sally Pitcher of Hurricane, Sharon Pitcher of Smithfield, Brian and Chris Pitcher Rogers of Smithfield, William and Beverly Pitcher Hatch of Honolulu, Hawaii, Great Grandparents; Leo and Marie Pitcher of Smithfield, Alpine and Fay DeMille of Baggs Wyoming, and Cousins; Selena, Cori, Samantha, William, John, Shasta, Chelsey, Bruce, and Brandon. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 18, 2002 in the Smithfield 16th Ward Chapel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 79 East 200 South. Friends and family may call Friday evening from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Nelson Funeral Home, 85 South Main, Smithfield and Saturday morning from 9:30 to 10:30 at the church prior to services.
