Kevin Rich

Kevin Rich, 18, of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, formerly of Logan, passed away September 12, 2006 at Forrest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. Kevin was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, a student at Jones County Junior College and worked part time at Sonic in Ellisville, Mississippi. He was a member of the District Orchestra for two years, the Gold Orchestra, Manhattan Youth Symphony, and was with the Topeka Youth Symphony for four seasons. He was a Double Bronze Eagle Scout, a member of the Order of The Arrow, was on the Manhattan High Tennis Team and the Petal Tennis Team. He is survived by his parents, Dean C. and Lynda Rich of Petal, Mississippi; three brothers, Michael ?Jason? Rich of Mesa, Arizona, Ryan Lynn Rich and Aaron McKell Rich both of Petal; a sister, Amanda Rich of Petal; maternal grandparents, Lynn and Glenys McKell of Tulsa, Oklahoma and paternal grandfather, Michael K. Rich of Marshall, Minnesota. Kevin was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Ruth Prescott Rich. Graveside service will be held at 12:00 noon, Tuesday, September 19, 2006 at the Logan City Cemetery. Friends and family may call Monday evening at Nelson Funeral Home, 162 Eat 400 North, Logan.
