Kevin Lee Deters

Tremonton, UT – Kevin Lee Deters, 47, passed away Sunday, March 15, 2009. He was born December 11, 1961 in Salt Lake City, Utah to John Fred and Lillian Elfriede Kuehne Deters. Kevin graduated from Bear River High School in 1980. He married Janet Marshall and together they had four daughters: Brandi, Alison and twins, Morgan and Danielle and later divorced. Kevin enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and woodworking. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He is survived by his parents, John and Lillian Deters; brothers: Gary Jeanette, Rick Devonne, Jeff Mindy, Ross Linda; and sisters: Kathy Rod Wilks, Sue Bill Jones and Colleen Brian Hales. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Kevin was preceded in death by both sets of grandparents Erich and Elfriede Kuehne and Fred and Ida Deters and his younger brother and sister, Scott and Kim. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
A funeral service will be held Thursday, March 19, 2009 11:00 a.m. at Tremonton 5th ward, 300 South Tremont St, Tremonton with Bishop Wallace Larsen officiating. Friends and family may call Thursday from 9:30-10:45 a.m. Interment will be at the Tremonton Riverview Cemetery.
