Kenneth Donald Ellis

June 22, 1950 — August 12, 2005

ELWOOD - August 12, 2005, Kenny completed his probationary period of mortal life here on earth. He was born in Brigham City, Utah at Cooley Memorial hospital on the 22 of June 1950 son of Donald Wayne Ellis and Myrna Nelson. November 1st 1975 he married Bonnie Marlene Christopher. They were sealed in the Salt Lake Temple later, March 12, 1988. He went to Central Elementary, graduated from Box Elder High in 1968, attended Weber State University, and Bridgerland Tech. in Logan, Utah. He worked many places in the valley, Clair Stauffer's feed lot and ranch, Parsons Auto Recyclers, 16 years at Thiokol, Autoliv in Promontory, Nucor Janitor contracted by Kent's Cleaning in Brigham City, Utah. He enjoyed conversing with everyone, especially in the grocery store. He liked the elderly ladies the best. He was a loud and noisy fan, coach, and supporter of Bear River Valley youth sports. T-ball, soccer, basketball, both boys and girls, pony league baseball, and his favorite W.F.F.L. Boys football. You always could hear him in the stands, he made his presence known. He loved collecting trading cards, can's and antiques. He had a passion for old cars, he owned a 1937 Pontiac Silverstreak 4 door Sedan. He was a member of Hostler's Model Railroad Club in Ogden, Utah. He was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Elwood Ward. He is survived by his wife and eternal Sweetheart, Bonnie C. Ellis of Elwood, children Donni Shae Tom Pedersen of Harrisville, Utah, Tiffany Leigh Scott Stone, Garland, Utah, Christopher Taft Ellis, and Rilee Michelle Ellis of Elwood, Utah. Parents, Don and Myrna Ellis, Sister, ViAnn Wadsworth Neil, four grandchildren with two on the way.
He was preceded in death by a daughter Miranda Ann Ellis and a sister Kathy Christensen.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, August 17, at 11:00 a.m. in the Tremonton South Stake Center located at 1150 S. Tremont Street, with Bishop Darwin Nielsen conducting. There will be a viewing Tuesday evening at Rogers and Taylor Funeral Home, 111 North 100 East, Tremonton from 6:00-8:00 p.m., also 9:45-10:30 a.m. at the church prior to the funeral. Interment at the Tremonton Riverview Cemetery. Sweetheart I love you. Please enjoy dancing with Kathy, loving your little Miranda and preparing a way for us. I know you had many years of turmoil, Rest in Peace.
