Ken Allen Hales

Tremonton ?Ken Allen Hales, 17, died in an automobile accident August 2, 2003. He was born October 27, 1985 in Tremonton the oldest son of David Allen and Nena Lin Hales. Ken would have been a senior at Bear River High School. He was on the swim team. He loved swimming and arm wrestling. He was a member of the Tremonton 4th Ward and most recently Tremonton 7th Ward. He served as a home teacher and had many friends. Surviving are his parents of Tremonton, Grandparents Ross and Lee Peterson of Garland, Kendall Merritt of Star Valley, Wyoming, Kennard and Delorise Hales of Tremonton, one sister Tori Lin Hales and one brother, Kaleab James Hales of Tremonton; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his uncle, Ken Merritt, one aunt Sara Jane Hales and cousin Elizabeth Young. Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 7, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. at the Tremonton Stake Center, located at 660 North 300 East, Tremonton with Bishop Jay Argyle officiating. Friends and family may call Wednesday, August 6, 2003 from 6:00?8:00 p.m. at Rogers and Taylor Funeral Home, located at 111 North 100 East, Tremonton and also Thursday, August 7, 2003 from 9:00?10:30 a.m. at the Tremonton Stake Center.
