Kelly Ronald Kidman, 62 of Carthage, Il. returned to his Heavenly Father May 31, 2012 from heart problems.
Kelly was born April 9, 1950 in Logan, Cache, Utah to Ronald Lee and Beverly Griffin Kidman. He graduated from Weber High School and attended Weber State University and Brigham Young University. He served a mission for the LDS Church in the Uruguay-Paraguay Mission.
He married Nora Anne Kelley in the Salt Lake Temple on February 14, 1974. He spent his lifetime working as a Computer Systems Analyst and Chief Information Officer for several companies. He was an avid genealogist, being very particular about correct information. He was a voracious reader, loved to play games and coin collecting.
He is survived by his wife, Nora Anne, children Kelly Ronald Kidman II, Anne Marie James Christopher 'Chris' Scott, Jr., Bryce Alexander Kidman and 6 grandchildren, Cecily Marie Kidman, Madison Ashley Scott, Michael Kincaide Scott, Matthew James Scott, Kristen Elizabeth Scott, Hope Elaine Scott. He is also survived by his mother Beverly Donohoo, three brothers, Randy Harold Kidman, Gene Edwin Kidman and Tracy Lyle Kidman and two sisters, Paula Richard Burton and Penny Kidman.
Funeral services will be held Friday, June 8, 2012 at 12 noon at Nelson Funeral Home, 162 East 400 North, Logan with Bishop Rick Shelton conducting. Friends may call from 10:30 to 11:30 prior to the services. Interment will follow in the Mendon City Cemetery.
