Deweyville, UT ? Keith LaMar Page, 78, passed away at his home in Deweyville Saturday, June 2, 2007. Keith was born August 27, 1928 in West Point, UT to William Russell and Lena Bardella Barney Page. He married Venna Dawn Rasmussen of Clarkston, UT in the Logan Temple on January 18, 1951.
Keith was raised in Nibley, UT and attended South Cache High. He served in the Navy in China Lake, CA and after an honorable discharge ran a service station with his brother, Calvin in Brigham City, UT. He drove a Husky Oil tanker for many years. In later years, he and mom worked as caretakers for the LDS Church. Keith has served in the bishopric and various church positions and was a high priest in the Riverview Ward. He enjoyed driving his jeep in the mountains, boating, camping, hunting and fishing and was an avid reader and a great mechanic. Most of all he loved to spend time with his family.
He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Lynn and Wallace, a sister, Lapriel, and a son, Kevrin Dee. He is survived by his wife and sweetheart, Venna, sons: Kraig L. Nancy Page, Deweyville; Shane K. Cindy Page, Corinne; Eric C. Page, Deweyville; daughters: Kelli D. Richard Shaw, Honeyville; and Erica D. John Williams, Logan, 11 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren. He is also survived by brothers, Calvin, Clark, and Merrill of Logan, UT; sisters: Grace, Millville, UT; Beth, Leeds, UT; Joan, Portland, OR; and Judy, Aberdeen, ID.
A viewing will be held Wednesday, June 6, 2007 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Rogers and Taylor Funeral Home in Tremonton, UT and from 10:30 ? 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, June 7, 2007 at the Riverview Ward LDS Chapel in Deweyville prior to the funeral services at 12:00 noon. Interment will be in the Deweyville Cemetery.
