Keith Andrew Hyer II AJ, 17, was born on September 18, 1990 in Logan, Utah. His parents are Keith A. Hyer Drew and Jane Wadford Hyer. AJ died in an auto accident on Monday, October 29, 2007. He was a junior at Logan High School and was proud to be a ?Grizz? Go Grizz. He played the bass clarinet in the school band and was an expert at Pokemon and Dragon Lore. He loved dinosaurs from the time he was a little boy and was our spider slayer at home. His smile radiated his love of life and his acceptance of all. He was finishing up his Eagle Scout paperwork and enjoyed his adventures with scouting. He was a proud two-time member of the ?Polar Bear Club? and loved anything associated with water. He loved playing practical jokes, especially scaring Bishops with snakes. AJ truly loved people and life, and was kind to everyone. He was a great older brother, son and friend. He had a testimony of prayer and of the gospel and enjoyed serving. He died on his way to the Haunted Mansion, doing a job he truly was thrilled to have and which he loved every minute of. He is survived by his parents, Drew and Jane Hyer; his brothers, Benjamin, Edward, David; and two sisters: Marcilene Mardi and Elizabeth; his paternal granparents, Keith and Kathryn Hyer; paternal great grandparents, Merle and Benjamin Call and Edna Hyer; and his maternal grandmother, Shirley Wadford. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins who he dearly loved. He was preceded in death by his paternal great grandfather, Frank Hyer; maternal grandparents, Phillip B. Wadford and Daisy M. Bivens Wadford; and an uncle, Oliver Wadford. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 3, 2007 at the Logan 12th Ward Chapel, 940 Three Point Avenue off of 1000 West, Logan. Friends and family may call Friday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Nelson Funeral Home, 162 East 400 North, Logan, kids come as you are after the game and Saturday morning at the church from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. prior to services.
