Karine E. Erickson

Ardmore, PA - Karine E. Erickson, 45, passed away suddenly, May 28, 2009, in Bryn Mawr, PA from injuries sustained from a fall. She was born August 15, 1963, to Arlo and Ellen Erickson in Brigham City, UT. She resided in Ardmore, PA with her boy friend, Mark Sargent and their yellow lab, Monte. Karine graduated from Bear River High School and attend the University of Utah. She then moved to Washington D.C. to become and nanny. While she was a nanny she had the opportunity to travel to Jamaica and Europe. She continued to live in the Eastern U.S. Karine was a very social person who loved to help others. She is loved and will be greatly missed by those who's lives she touched. Karine is survived by her mother, Ellen Erickson of Tremonton, UT; sister, Penny Summers of Los Angeles, CA; brother Mitch Kelli Erickson of West Haven, UT and their three children Jake, Rylan and Macy. Karine is preceded in death by her father, Arlo Erickson, grandparents, Merwin and Dorothy Cook and John and Geneve Erickson, two aunts and one uncle. Karine continued her generosity by being an organ donor and per her wishes was cremated on June 1, 2009. Graveside memorial services will be held June 16, 2009, at 11 a.m., in the Elwood Cemetery, 10000 North 5900 West, Elwood, UT 84337.
