Julie Cay Jensen

Logan ? Julie Cay Jensen, precious little angel and daughter of Michael Edward and ShayLynn Simmons Jensen has returned to her Heavenly Father after a short stay here on this earth. Julie was born on July 8, 2002 at McKay Dee Hospital in Ogden. Just two short weeks later she returned to her heavenly home. She passed away in the early morning hours of July 22, 2002 at Primary Childrens Medical Center. Although her time here was short, she has touched our lives and filled our hearts with love. She will forever be loved and missed by her family and friends. Julie is survived by her parents; Grandparents: Stanley and Sharon A. Simmons, Beaver Dam; Grandfather: Larry Michael Jensen, Montana; Great Grandmother: Esther J. Anderson, Bothwell; Great Uncle and Aunt: Brad and Maryce Wiseman, Logan; Great Uncle: Patrick Danials, Salt Lake City; and many Aunts, Uncles and Cousins. She was preceded in death by a Grandmother, Julie Ann Jensen; Great Grandparents: Ralph and Audrey Simmons and Clyde M. Anderson. Gratitude and appreciation are expressed to the doctors, nurses and staff of McKay Dee Hospital for their care of both Julie and Shay during their stay at the hospital, especially those in the Women?s Center and NICU. Also to Life Flight, and the doctors, nurses and staff of the NICUat Primary Childrens Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m on Monday, July 29, 2002 at Nelson Funeral Home, 162 East 400 North, Logan with Bishop Darrell Rigby conducting.
