Juanita Lee Hale

October 9, 1953 — January 22, 2006

Juanita Lee Hale died at her home in Logan. Juanita was born on October 9, 1953 in Logan, Utah to Woodrow Jensen Hale and Ruby Juanita Harris. Juanita was baptized and became a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in May 13, 1998. She was well known for her presence at the church, greeting people in her friendly way, or just quietly observing the conversations and interactions of those around her. Juanita worked for many years as a parish office assistant. The Catholic community depended on her for keeping many things in order. Juanita was especially gifted at writing gracious notes to people and answering the phone at the church in a kind and helpful manner. We will miss her more than words can say, and are eternally grateful that God shared her with us. Juanita is survived by her sister Marianne Tingey and husband Rex of Brigham City, Utah and a niece Michelle of Missouri. The funeral services are the following: The Vigil will be at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 795 North 800 East, Logan on Monday, February 6, at 6:00 p.m. The Funeral Mass will be at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, on Tuesday, February 7, at 6:00 p.m. The graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 8 at the Tremonton Riverview Cemetery. Condolences may be extended to the family online at www.nelsonfuneralhome.com . In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in her name to the St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Building Fund.
