Josephine Reeder Ricks

Josephine Reeder Ricks passed away February 17, 2009 in Centerville, Utah. She was born March 31, 1920 in Logan, Utah to George Leo Reeder and May Follett Reeder. She married Paul Kenneth Ricks and they are the parents of Josie Mae Ricks Leatham, Logan; Paul Lavere Ricks, deceased; Phyllis Diane Ricks, deceased; Richard Reeder Ricks, deceased and Debbie Ricks Griffen, Logan. She is survived by her two daughters and 31 grand and great grandchildren; brother and sisters, William and Ruth Reeder, Farmington, UT; David and Alys Ann Ashcroft, Syracuse, UT; Marie Pitcher, Salt Lake City, UT; Angela Pehrson, Bountiful, UT; and Lois Reeder, Hyde Park, UT. She was preceded in death by a sister and three brothers: Gwen Reeder Merkley, Nathan E. Reeder, Grant Leo Reeder and Russell D. Reeder. A short funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 23, 2009 at Nelson Funeral Home, 162 East 400 North, Logan with visitation from 10 to 10:45 a.m. Interment will be in the Logan City Cemetery. She was a loving, beautiful, sweet daughter of God and we will all miss her.
