Jordan Lee Call

November 3, 1980 — May 9, 2023

Jordan Lee Call passed away unexpectedly on May 9, 2023. He was born November 3, 1980 in Salt Lake City, Utah.
He lived in Afton, WY in his early years and later moved to Logan, Utah. He graduated from Sky View High School in Smithfield, UT and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Utah State University.
He served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints in Argentina where he was medically released after injuries sustained in a severe car accident and was left with lifelong neck and shoulder injuries. Jordan dealt with many health issues and trials in life. He was also diagnosed with MS 15 years ago which greatly affected his daily life and continued to progress to an advanced stage which became at times debilitating.
Jordan found a lot of joy and happiness as a mortgage loan officer with Guild Mortgage in Logan, Utah. He was surrounded by generous and supportive coworkers and industry associates. We want to express our gratitude and appreciation to his workplace family for their love and support throughout the years.
Jordan was a kind and gentle soul with a big heart and a bright light. We will miss his sense of humor, animated comedies, love of homemade rolls, blueberry pie and gummy frogs. He enjoyed laughing with others and walking in nature. He was a good father and loved his two daughters, Hadley, 13 and Arabella, 12.
Jordan is survived by his two daughters, Hadley and Arabella Call (Providence ,UT), mother, Susan (Mike) Johnson, (Smithfield, UT), father, Don Call (deceased), brother, Tyler Call (deceased), sister, Tiffany Averett (Christopher), (Parker, CO), Dallin (Kylie) Call, (North Logan ,UT), stepbrothers, (Ben, Brandon and Nick Johnson) stepsisters Lindsay Johnson (deceased), and (Melissa Petersen) and many nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles.
To honor Jordan’s wishes, there will be no formal funeral services. We will be celebrating his life at one of his favorite places in Star Valley, WY at a later date.
