Jonah Kai Bastian

A Memorial Service will be held for JONAH KAI BASTIAN, not quite 11 months old, who died on Monday, April 21, 2003 at his home in Oahu, Hawaii. Jonah?s birth?a miracle in itself?took place on May 22, 2002 at Tripler Army Medical Center in Oahu. Jonah?s perfect life will forever be celebrated by his family: Kelly Bastian mother, Quinn Bastian father, Carter brother, and Taylor sister, as well as many extended family members and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, April 28, 2003, 2:00 PM at, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1850 North 400 East, North Logan. There will be a public viewing from 1:00 to 1:45 p.m. After the service, Jonah will be buried in the Smithfield City Cemetery. A special thanks to Nelson Funeral Home.
