Joan Genta Henderson

Our mom passed away peacefully at home August 11, 2019. Joan was born July 21, 1954 to Betty Kempster Searle & Joseph Genta.
Mom lived her childhood in Ogden, UT. Mom married Donald Ingram & moved to Roy, UT. She had two sons & they later divorced.
Mom married Mitchell Henderson and moved to Cache County where their two daughters were born. Mitch passed away in Dec. of 2015.
Mom enjoyed traveling, music, and especially her kids & grandkids, all of whom she absolutely adored.
Mom was preceded in death by her parents, brother, Harley Genta, and both her husbands. She is survived by her children: Brandon & Cody Ingram, Miranda Henderson Perea & Kira Henderson Mayers, her six grandchildren: Scott, Lilly, Landin, Jake, Kailynn, & Bentley, her sisters: Judie (Melody) Jacobsen, Kathy Nielson, Terrie Henderson, Carol Jo Genta, Minnie (Brent) Larson, and brothers: Robin Holley, Kim (Lori) Holley, Kerry Armstrong, & Rodney (Irene) Genta, & a special cousin: Wayne Genta.
Mom’s services will be held Monday, August 19th. A viewing will be held from 10-11 am at the Willow Valley Park Church (350 W 700 S). A graveside service will follow at 11:30 at the Clarkston Cemetery where we invite you to come & share your memories of Mom with us.
