Joan Wuthrich Brown

Joan Wuthrich Brown passed away December 21, 2022 at Birch Creek Assisted Living in Smithfield, Utah. She was born in Logan, Utah November 24, 1934, living much of her life in Cache Valley & receiving her education there.
She married Rex Merrill Brown in the Logan Temple September 8, 1952 and now joins her beloved husband, who died November 6, 2007. Together they will be an eternal family with their children, Michael & (Heidi) Brown, Kaysville, Danny & (Michele) Brown, Smithfield, Timothy & (Darci) Brown, Manuta, Christopher & (Nanette) Brown, Idaho Falls, & Jeffrey & (Diana) Brown, Cedar Hills, 23 grandchildren and 39 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents Rudy and Irene Wuthrich, brothers David & Reid, and a baby brother. Her surviving brothers and sisters are: Gayle & (Ed) Andersen, (Delona) Wuthrich, Jerry & (Pauline) Wuthrich, John and (Kathryn) Wuthrich, Diane Wuthrich, Susan Deauvono, & Donna Wuthrich.
Next to Joan’s family she said her greatest possession is her membership in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, where she held many positions. She was an officiator at the Logan Temple and served a mission to the Washington D.C. No. Mission.
Funeral Services will be Friday, December 30th at 12 noon at the Smithfield 7th Ward Chapel (340 E 300 S) with a visitation from 10:00-11:30. Burial will be in the Smithfield Cemetery.
