SMITHFIELD - Our beloved son, brother, uncle, grandson, cousin and friend passed away on August 28, 2012. He was born on February 27, 1980 in Logan Utah. He graduated from Cache High School with the class of 1999. Jeremy loved dogs and being outdoors, you could always find him out wandering with a dog by his side. Jeremy loved camping, fishing and hunting with his family and friends. Jeremy was very loved and will be greatly missed. He leaves behind his best friend and companion Jenny, Parents Michael Renee Hillyard, Charlotte David Earley, Sister Dawn Travis Poulsen, Nieces Breanna & Brooke, 3 Stepbrothers, 2 Stepsisters and Grandparents Max & Veda Hillyard, Jay & Grace Smith, and many more people who loved him. Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm on Saturday, September 1 at the Smithfield 11th ward chapel 79 E 200 S in Smithfield. A viewing will be held from12:30-1:30 pm at the church prior to services and on Friday Aug 31 from 6-8 at Nelson Funeral home, 85 South Main in Smithfield.
