Jenny Gisella Knudsen

Brigham ? Jenny Gisella Knudsen, 29, passed away Monday, February 27, 2006 three days following giving birth to her son. She was born in Huancayo, Peru to Aurelio Faustino Beltran Limaylla and Gricelda Cardenas Sovero February 2, 1977 and raised in Trujillo, Peru. She attended Universidad Nacional de Trujillo where she received her law degree and severed as president of an LDS Law Society. She married Tyson C. Knudsen July 10, 2004 in the Ogden LDS Temple. Jenny loved people, music, dancing and children; giving her life so her son could live. Jenny was a member of the LDS Sycamore Branch in Brigham City and serving as a member of the Relief Society Presidency and had served as an institute teacher in Peru.
Jenny is survived by her husband, one son, Hayden Emilio Knudsen, her parents, four brothers and two sisters.
Funeral services are tentatively scheduled for Monday, March 6, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at the Deweyville LDS Church, 10750 North Hwy. 38, Deweyville with President Francisco Carranza officiating. Family and friends may call from 5:00-7:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 5, 2006 at Rogers and Taylor Funeral Home, 111 North 100 East, Tremonton and also on Monday from 9:30-10:30 prior to the funeral at the church.
